- The role is responsible for identifying, sourcing and securing long-term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities. The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for the New Sales Productivity, Renewal and Collection as per the assigned targets.
- The person will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team involving collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets as per the branch's approved business plan
- Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned territory
- Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved on a month-on-month basis
- Identify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiries within defined timelines
- Maximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders
- Ensure contract renewals are in line with company expectations
- Track market developments and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and regularly update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG)
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to all customers
- Maintain strong liaison and communication with clients
- Prepare and submit customer reports promptly
- Address customer complaints and work with Operations and Back Office to resolve them effectively
- Conduct detailed site inspections and SRAs
- Generate quotations through the system as per company guidelines
- Share customer feedback with the Branch Manager and collect appreciation letters from RBU/CBU clients
- Set realistic and accurate customer expectations regarding pest management services
- Capture correct and complete customer information (email, two contact numbers, address with landmarks)
- Promote visit-based sales as per iCABS frequency to enable structured annual service calendars
- Share cost sheets and material requirements with Operations; communicate customer expectations before service delivery
- Ensure new sales are visible in iCABS for planning and execution via Service Companion
- Punch new sales in SRA on time to allow sufficient lead time for planners; coordinate with Service Planners for scheduling
- Avoid making direct service scheduling commitments to customers without planner confirmation
- Ensure timely invoice submission and obtain necessary acknowledgements
- Coordinate with the Back Office for accurate and timely invoicing
- Share costings and customer expectations with Operations in advance
- Ensure timely submission of collections and review daily billing status with the Back Office team.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in all sales-related systems
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports

- Proficient in MS-Office/G-Suite
- Experience - Jr. SE - 2 years | SE - 4 Years | Sr. SE - 5-6 years.
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in Facilities Management services
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home products, home services, or residential cleaning services (preferred)
