We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate must have strong expertise in accounting, import & export procedures, customs documentation, landed cost calculation and stock management (inward/outward).Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger updates, reconciliations and finalization of accounts.Manage import and export transactions while ensuring compliance with customs regulations.Prepare and verify customs documentation, invoices, shipping documents, and landed cost calculations.Monitor and manage stock movements (inward/outward) with accurate inventory records.Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Salary TDS, and other applicable financial regulations.Prepare Cash Flow Reports and MIS reports to support management decision-making.Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams during audits.Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance must (regular )Minimum 7 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing industry (mandatory).Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs complianceHands-on experience in inventory/stock management (inward/outward).Proficiency in Tally and preparation of MIS & financial reports.Experience in preparing Cash Flow Statements and managing Salary TDS.
