- Develop and complete technical cyber risk and compliance assessments followed by appropriate treatment plans.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports on specific cyber security risks.
- Support internal stakeholders with their Information Security queries.
- Coordination of cyber security related project work
- Conduct periodic supplier risk assessments against supply chain risk.
- Administering periodic online training in cyber security.
- Assist the Regional Director Cyber Risk and Compliance in completing customer facing cyber risk reviews.
- Keeping up to date on major cyber industry news relevant to Colliers and bringing relevant information to the wider IT team.
- Other ad hoc queries and tasks related to cyber security at Colliers
- 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure operations with demonstrated expertise in a Windows, Azure and M365 environment.
- Detailed knowledge and hands-on experience in vulnerability patching processes, reporting and associated cyber controls.
- 2-3 years of experience developing and maintaining technical reporting processes using
- Must have good communication skills and writing proficiency in English, including developing documentation and presentation materials.
- Excellent problem identification, explanation and resolution skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and project coordination skills.
- 1-2 years experience in Azure Cyber Security incident investigations including KQL and SQL based reporting.
- 1-2 years experience designing and implementing infrastructure or application platforms.
- 1-2 years experience implementing and operating NGFW platforms.
- 2-3 years experience in cyber compliance assessment and management reporting.
- Excellent problem solving skills, both independently and as part of a team, working under pressure.
- Cyber security governance and technical certifications such as in Microsoft systems, CISSP, CISA or related disciplines backed with practical experience implementing or assessing cyber governance and technical controls.
- Formal training in structured database and analytics concepts including PowerBI, SQL, or other database reporting platforms.
- Experience in vulnerability hunting and assessment techniques and processes.
- Experience in ISO 27001 based Governance, Risk and Compliance methodology.
- Experience in Team leadership and / or project coordination.
- Experience assessing and prioritizing technical risks to operations.
- Demonstrated capability working across different cultural backgrounds in APAC.
