- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and niche platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and talent needs.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to attract hard-to-find talent across industries and skill sets.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, engagement, and pre-screening to assess fitment and interest levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Leverage market intelligence to provide insights on talent trends, competitor hiring strategies, and compensation benchmarks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement lifecycle.
- Continuously improve sourcing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Expertise in Boolean Search & Advanced Sourcing Techniques: Strong ability to use complex search strings across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray, GitHub, and other talent communities.
- Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other global job portals.
- Research & Market Mapping: Ability to conduct deep talent mapping, competitor analysis, and industry research to identify top talent pools.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Candidate Engagement: Skilled in crafting personalized outreach messages and building relationships with passive candidates.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to track sourcing metrics (pipeline conversion, response rates, time-to-fill) and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving hiring priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in candidate information, documentation, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience sourcing for technical, non-technical, or niche roles across industries.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment CRM systems.
- Exposure to employer branding and talent engagement initiatives is a plus.
