Key Responsibilities Strategically lead the studio towards growth and success. Manage all phases of interior design projects, exceeding client expectations. Generate detailed design documentation with tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office. Oversee project finances, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Maintain project discipline, uphold quality standards, and adhere to industry regulations. Who You Are Possessing a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields. With minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience , demonstrating success in project management from concept to completion. Entrepreneurial, strategic, with a keen eye for business opportunities. An experienced leader capable of nurturing and developing a team. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office , with a passion for pushing the boundaries of design.
