Job Objective:We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Broker Sales team. The role involves handling daily inbound and outbound sales calls, following up with leads, pitching multiple residential projects, and coordinating site visits with the aim of converting leads into confirmed bookings across West Pune locations such as Hinjewadi, Wakad, Baner, Tathawade, and Punawale.Key Responsibilities:Make over 150 sales calls per day and connect with at least 100 potential clients.Share project details, pricing, and current offers for at least 5 different residential projects each day.Schedule and coordinate a minimum of 10 site visits per week.Attend walk-in clients and assist in closures during site visits, especially on weekends.Maintain daily updates in the CRM and ensure complete lead tracking compliance.Salary and Incentives:Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)Incentives: Performance-based, with potential earnings of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per successful bookingTravel Reimbursement: ₹3 per kilometer or equivalent reimbursement for local travelWho Should Apply:Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in primary sales in a real estate broking firmFamiliarity with top developers like Kolte Patil, VTP, Gera, Kohinoor, Mantra, etc.Comfortable working in West Pune areas including Hinjewadi, Wakad, Baner, Tathawade, and PunawaleGood communication skills in Marathi (preferred), Hindi, and EnglishFamiliar with tools like WhatsApp Business and CRM softwareMust own a 2-wheeler and be comfortable with local travelWhy Work With Us:Fast-paced, growing team with strong exposure to premium real estate projectsCompetitive incentives and fixed salaryStrong support system and clear career growth opportunities
