1. Arrange weekly and monthly project meetings, prepare project reports and take necessary action if required.
2. Coordinating management review meetings and ensuring closure of open points.
3. Expediting of projects deliverables with interdisciplinary functions to meet targets and schedules.
4. Monitor project cost control.
5. Coordination of model reviews and ensuring closure of open points.
6. Regularly inform the Senior Project Engineer on the status of the project and engineering activities.
7. Ensure proper inputs on time to concerned departments to enable on time issue of deliverables.
8. Ensure seamless workflow in the project to avoid delays.9. Issue the Engineering deliverables as per the project schedule within Controlled Man-hours allocated.
10. Ensure Error free deliverables to Customer

12. Participation in IDC meetings and vendor review meetings.
13. Coordination with other discipline and vendors
14. Participate in implementation of Lesson Learnt from previous projects.
15. Shall be aware of Quality Procedures
16. Yard Support
- Lead and manage instrumentation and control aspects of projects from initiation to close-out.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for instrumentation deliverables.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including scope of work, technical specifications, data sheets, P&IDs, loop diagrams, cause & effect matrices, functional design specifications (FDS), and control philosophies.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (process, mechanical, electrical, civil) to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation systems.
- Participate in HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, and other safety reviews.
- Manage change orders and variations related to instrumentation scope.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ISA, IEC, NEC, API).
