Electrical Executive

• Assigning work orders to Electricians/ Contractors and co-ordinate the work
• Assigning routine works to electricians and follow-up for closing.
• Coordination with user department for clearance for performing Routine works.
• Coordination with Safety & user departments for permits.
• Drawing material from Engg stores.
• Attending the major breakdowns, root cause analysis and rectification.
• Monitoring the technician shift log.
• Status handing over to Shift Electricians.
• Regular Status updating to Manager.
• Assigning preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Close Monitoring of major equipments like Motors, Transformers, DGs, UPS, Inverter and Earth pits.
• Assigning product change-over modifications to Electrical works and follow-up for closing.
• Estimation for required material and Electrical modifications works discussion with users for product change-over modifications.
• Intimation of Electrical items stock level to superiors for procurement.
• Bills verification.( AMC,Rewinding,Contract Electrification and others )
• Close monitoring for diesel issues.
• To Maintain the Electrical Safety System as for I E rules 1956.
• Maintaining the Power Factor
• Engg. Related house keeping (5S)
• Updating the daily records
• Daily Energy monitoring saving the energy consumption
• Trouble shooting in all electrical equipment.
• Participation in Training programs
• Raising the PR / noting down the regular requirements at floor levels
• Follow up at site for PM activity,
• Preparation & monitoring for customer audit works
• Participation in execution of new ideas
• Updating CEIG Approval records
• Load Balancing of D.G Sets (to stop the non critical load)
• B-Check of D.G Sets and maintain the critical spare
• Transformer oil filteration,IR values, BDV values and protection relays
• Preventive maintenance of FICS,U.V Lamp & Lighting
• Maintain the Load balancing.
• Preventive maintenance FBC boiler equipment and modification works.
• Continuously interacting with the team and completion of job in time.
• Executing as per the cGMP and Regulatory requirements. Training to be given to subordinates for maintaining the standards.
• To ensure the safety of the plant personnel and adherence to the EHS and safety regulations.
• To carry out the day to day works, Handling of changeover Modification works.
• Preparation of work schedule and execution. Following the cGMP standards.
• Continuously working on to improve / upgrade the safety of the plant and in adherence to EHS policy.
