- Support recruitment process and liaise with Danaher Talent Acquisition for specific roles. Support hiring manager in recruitment, manage job descriptions and GCRF framework
- Support recruitment process end to end where DHR TA is not available
- Administration of offer letters, employment contracts and ensuring other relevant documentation is in place
- Ensure induction activities are completed and that the Hiring Manager is supported
- Generate, maintain and analyse HR analytic reports for Talent management, Engagement, DE&I, P4G and Merit cycles etc.
- Manage training documentation, support training organization and participant communication and implement training effectiveness checks
- Prepare payroll and act as point of contact for external payroll provider
- Ensure payroll compliance and reconciliation
- Interact with our Financial Shared Service Center concerning payroll transactions
- Ensure complete record keeping of associate files to meet audit requirements
- Ensure WorkDay accuracy. Collaborate with people managers to process contractual changes (new hires, leavers, transfers, promotions, lateral moves, etc) by preparing documentation, entering data in to Workday and other systems
- Responsible for creating and maintaining local HR policies and procedures including an Employee Handbook
- Relevant education within HR & Bachelor’s degree from university
- Min. 5 years of hands on experience with HR and administrative support from similar size company
- Experience with payroll processes and working with external payroll suppliers
- Fluent English written and oral skills
- English
- MS office – advanced excel skills
- Workday (not a must)
