KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- Partnership Development : Identify and engage with wealth management firms, family offices, and other financial institutions to establish B2B relationships.- Lead Generation : Utilize networking, market research, and outreach to generate leads for partnerships and client referrals.- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner firms, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our service offerings.- Sales Support : Assist in creating customised proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of our B2B partners.- Networking & Events : Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to expand our professional network.- Market Research : Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and identify opportunities to enhance our B2B offering.- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and financial advisory teams to align business development efforts with broader company goals.- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of partner interactions in the CRM system to track and manage relationships effectively.KEY COMPETENCIES :- Relationship Management : Proven ability to develop and maintain professional partnerships.- Strategic Thinking : Ability to identify market opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them.- Negotiation Skills : Capable of negotiating partnership terms that benefit both the firm and partners.- Adaptability : Ability to adjust strategies based on partner feedback and market changes.
