  • Manage the annual attestation process for all fund guidelines, ensuring timely sign‑off and accurate upload of updated documents to SharePoint.
  • Maintain and monitor the review cycle for in-scope funds, ensuring all scorecards on central platform are kept up to date and reviewed within required timelines.
  • Oversee benchmarking and monitoring of potential replacement managers using data from eVestment, Financial Express, and other relevant sources.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of Watch List data, ensuring completeness, data integrity, and correct functioning of all in‑scope funds on central dashboards.
  • Perform quarterly initial reviews of unit‑linked performance to identify anomalies such as tracking‑error deviations or short‑term performance issues.
  • Support the annual performance‑related fee review process, validating calculations provided by Finance and ensuring timely input into year‑end accounts.
  • Carry out initial assessments of RFP responses to streamline manager selection and reduce the number of candidates requiring detailed evaluation.
  • Collaborate across teams and data providers to ensure all upstream data feeds are accurate and all downstream dashboards and reports reflect complete, high‑quality information.
