System Analyst - Salesforce

As a System Analyst - Salesforce you will:

Analyze requirements and provide accurate effort estimations for new features and enhancements.
Architect and build scalable, robust Salesforce solutions using best practices and platform capabilities.
Perform regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and performance optimization.
Participate in daily scrum calls with the customer and/or Client Success Manager (CSM) to track progress and align on priorities.
Mentor and train junior developers, sharing knowledge and ensuring upskilling of the team.

Skills Required:

7+ years of experience in writing and maintaining advanced Apex classes and triggers to implement custom business logic and automate key workflows within Salesforce.
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create modern, responsive, and reusable user interfaces tailored to business needs on the Salesforce Lightning platform.
Build and enhance Visualforce pages for legacy or specialized UI requirements, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce data and controllers.
Design and execute SOQL queries to efficiently retrieve and manipulate Salesforce data across various standard and custom objects.
Create and manage Lightning Flows and Process Builders to automate complex business processes, reducing manual effort and enhancing user productivity.
Developing and consuming APIs for external system integration.
Using tools like Data Loader, ANT, and SFDX for deployment and migration.
Experience with customer service and support features.
Proficiency in managing users, roles, permissions, and configurations.
Knowledge of scheduling, mobile workforce, and service appointment management.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II and Application Architect preferred.
