Production Supervisor / Male -HPS/2026/246

• Responsible to troubleshoot the root cause analysis for production issues, resolve them and maintain the reports
• Responsible for participate in all stages of the product development and support processes
• Should be able to work closely and coordinate with the tech support and development team
• Will be responsible to assist tech support team for all kind of issues and enhance their productivity and skillet

• Managing workflow: Assigning tasks, preparing schedules, and monitoring productivity

• Ensuring safety: Overseeing the safe use of equipment, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines

• Maintaining quality: Verifying production output, establishing and enforcing production standards, and ensuring compliance with industry standards

• Managing inventory: Tracking, organizing, and controlling the stock of materials and finished goods

• Training and developing employees: Recruiting, selecting, onboarding, training, and mentoring employees

• Identifying areas for improvement: Detecting issues in efficiency and suggesting improvements

• Preparing reports: Preparing reports on performance and progress and presenting them to senior managers

• Investigating incidents: Conducting investigations into incidents, accidents, and non-conformities
