Job Description:Job PurposeTo Handle the value channel of the brand by liquidating the stock as much as possible without affecting profitability across the area and region.Job Context & Major ChallengesIt is a challenge to profitably liquidate the stock of the brand after the retail and sales of the stock.Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1 Maximum liquidation of stock 1. Motivate the store people and Brand factory outlets
2. Ensure the targets are met
KRA2 Identification of new stores 1. Identify localities with good prospects
2. Make sure there are no retail stores nearby
3. Update the location with RBD
KRA3 Maintaining brand standards Make sure the new projects/stores are Brand compliant with Standard SOPs
KRA4 Relationship with franchisee store 1. Make sure the payment sent to franchisees are received on time
2. Negotiate with the franchisees to make sure the stock at the store doesn't go on hold
KRA5 Conducting training sessions Ensure achievement of personal goal for all front-line sales employee at Brand Factory
Mainly dealing with Product knowledge, customer relationship etc.
