As an Export Manager, you will oversee and streamline our international export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, while expanding our market presence globally. This is a full-time position where you will directly contribute to the growth and success of Kaiser Industries Limited.Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong expertise in international trade compliance is crucial to navigate complex global trading regulations and ensure all export processes are legally compliant (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in export documentation is a must to accurately prepare, verify, and maintain essential export documents (Mandatory skill).
  • Capability in market analysis is essential to identify and exploit new market opportunities and trends (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid understanding of supply chain management, facilitating efficient flow from production to delivery.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 to streamline international sales and shipping agreements effectively.
  • Adept at logistics coordination, ensuring smooth execution of export shipments from origin to destination.
  • Experience with CRM software to manage customer interactions, sales, and service functions efficiently.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations to prevent delays and ensure timely clearance of goods at international borders.
  • Should have knowledge of Food Industry B2B Sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profitability and market reach in line with company objectives.
  • Ensure all export activities adhere to international trade laws and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Prepare and manage required export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify export opportunities and expansion areas in new regions.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment deliveries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on customs regulations to advise and resolve potential clearance issues promptly.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international clients and trade partners to bolster business growth.
  • Report regularly on export performance metrics, market trends, and areas requiring strategic attention to senior management.
