- Assist senior investment advisors and business heads in implementing effective investment strategies.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Conduct detailed financial assessments to evaluate current financial standing and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement customized financial plans aligned with client-specific goals and risk profiles.
- Recommend appropriate investment options, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and other instruments based on in-depth market research.
- Regularly monitor and review client portfolios, making necessary adjustments to reflect changes in market conditions or client needs.
- Provide consistent financial advice and proactive solutions to support long-term wealth growth.
- Collaborate with internal specialists (tax, legal, estate planning) to offer holistic financial solutions.
- Contribute to the organization’s financial objectives through effective financial planning and client engagement.
- Keep abreast of economic trends, market updates, and regulatory developments to offer timely and relevant financial guidance.
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory services.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, portfolio management, and investment products.
- Skilled in financial analysis tools, portfolio management systems, CRM platforms, and the MS Office suite.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with HNI clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a performance-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex financial concepts in a client-friendly manner.
- Ethical, trustworthy, and compliant with industry regulations and best practices.
- NISM V-A certification is mandatory.
- Additional certifications like CFP, PMS, or IRDA are highly desirable.
