Responsibilities: Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure the effective functioning of all machinery and equipment in the cement plant.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance activities, including predictive and corrective maintenance.Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and reliability.Provide technical guidance and support for troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization in maintenance operations.Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition of plant equipment and facilities.
Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, including cost estimation and control.
Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance Education QualificationQualifications:Qualifications: BE / B.Tech- Mechanical
