- Expertise in process mapping, lean six sigma, and operational diagnostics.
- Develop comprehensive plans, track progress, and report on performance. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for project/ initiative related process, issues, and inquiries. Ensure alignment of activities with overall team objectives.
- Identify and drive strategic initiatives to support leadership. Analyze market trends and provide actionable insight
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Transitions, Transformation and Automation projects, 12+ years overall in a Global Capability Center/ Operations
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience in data visualization tools
- Excellent cross-functional coordination abilities
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Managed shifts, streamlining a 24 hours operations shop with shifts involved – able to implement sound work allocation techniques.
