- 15+ years overall with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- JLPT N2 Certification
- Strong in Japanese speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Candidate should be able to converse effectively with Japanese customers (includes senior leaders and project team at Tokyo)
- Candidate should be able to read, write, understand and comprehend the technical requirements and documents written in Japanese language.
- Good communication skills in English as well
- JLPT N2 or above certification is preferred.
- Proficient in managing projects involving development and QA teams located at onsite (Tokyo
- Ability to understand and drive implementation of client requirements in terms of technology, process and operations.
- Ability to understand and use project related tools and services.
- Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and with customers both in Japanese and English.
- Understand the project and client requirements, coordinate with resources and drive the projects in the right direction in a timely manner.
- Handle responsibilities with the team to manage end-to-end project execution efficiently.
- Effectively lead the teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence.
- Resource management skills and ability to handle issues and concerns effectively.
- Good in Project Management skills.
- Good to have Skills.
- Any programming language skills (example: Python, Java, C++)
- Awareness of AI/ML tools and services
- Play a bridge engineer role for technical and leadership team located at Tokyo and India
- Understand and communicate effectively the technical requirements and operational requirement from Japanese customer to project teams in India.
- Co-ordinate and facilitate any requests for tools, devices and services from Japan to India and vice versa.
- Provide direction to the team to ensure projects are running in good health in terms of quality value delivery and customer expectations.
- Mediate in resolving issues and risks in projects involved.
- Facilitate meetings and connects with key stakeholders as applicable.
- Support in any requests and operations that involves customers at Tokyo and functional teams in India (such as Finance, HR etc.)
