Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative/Telecaller for our new Tea brand, which is incorporated with a sales promotion lucky draw. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our brand to potential customers. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns related to our Tea brand and sales promotion lucky draw. Provide accurate information about our products, promotions, and services to customers. Proactively engage with customers to promote our Tea brand and encourage participation in the sales promotion lucky draw. Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement sales strategies and achieve targets. Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by communicating effectively and sharing best practices. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service will be a plus. Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.
