This leadership role includes managing brand identity, digital presence, public relations, trade marketing, and customer engagement - driving alignment with business objectives and market trends.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build and elevate brand equity among customers, partners, investors, and employees.
- Lead internal/external communications including PR, media relations, and corporate communications.
- Oversee digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social media) and performance analytics.
- Plan and manage product launches, events, exhibitions, and customer programs.
- Drive digital transformation through CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) for market strategies.
- Manage external partners: creative agencies, PR firms, digital vendors.
- Track campaign ROI, market impact, and key brand performance metrics.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Branding, or Communication.
- 10-12 years of progressive experience in marketing and brand management.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or B2B sectors preferred.
- Proven track record in brand strategy, campaign execution, and digital innovation.
- Strategic thinking with strong creative acumen.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills-written and verbal.
- Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
