This role is critical to delivering scalable, high-performance digital supply chain solutions that drive value for our global customers.The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Control Tower), CPI-DS/SDI integrations, and a passion for solving complex business problems through digital planning transformations.What You Will DoEnd-to-End Solution Delivery: Lead and support implementation and rollout of SAP IBP solutions, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Control Tower.Integration Leadership: Design and build robust integration frameworks between IBP and SAP ECC/S/4HANA using CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DS.Configuration & Customization: Configure planning areas, key figures, master data types, time profiles, and other IBP artifacts as per business requirements.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver best-fit planning solutions.Data Management: Set up and monitor data loads, resolve data issues, and ensure smooth data flows from source systems.Testing & Cutover: Conduct system and integration testing, support user acceptance testing, and lead cutover planning and go-live activities.Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for configuration, integration, and end-user training.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous enhancement of the IBP solution landscape.What You NeedBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or equivalent6-10 years of total SAP experience, with 3+ years of hands-on SAP IBP experienceStrong experience in SAP IBP modules - especially Demand, Supply, and InventoryProficiency in integration of IBP with ECC and/or S/4HANA via CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DSIn-depth understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes, including forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimizationAbility to configure planning areas, key figures, attributes, time profiles, and master dataHands-on experience with IBP Excel UI and Fiori LaunchpadStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilitiesWhat is Nice to HaveSAP IBP CertificationExposure to SAP APO, SNP, BW, or other legacy planning toolsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologiesExperience in manufacturing, automotive, or CPG domainKnowledge of data modeling, analytics, or reporting within IBPWhat Makes You EligibleWillingness to work flexible hours aligned with client time zonesThis position operates within standard 9-to-5 working hours adjusted to the client's time zone.
