Drive end-to-end digital solutioning, from functional documentation to product delivery.
Lead agile scrum teams to deliver features aligned with KPIs (schedule, quality, scope).
Collaborate with UX/UI, Architecture, and Tech teams to build scalable, integrated systems.
Champion DevSecOps, automation testing, and analytics-driven adoption strategies.

Requirements * 2-4 years in Business Systems Analysis, Digital Tech, Insurance, or Digital Platforms.

Experience with React.js, SOA APIs, integrations, and agile tools like Jira.
Understanding of digital onboarding/sales journeys and product engineering.
Strong exposure to AWS deployment, UI/UX collaboration, and agile product delivery.
Educational background in Engineering or MBA preferred.
