Act as a consultant to create vision at plant, segment and Area level.
Enabling all schaeffler Hosur employees to act as self responsible MOVE leader to identify the waste and defect in the process.
Eliminate or Reduce, waste & Defect by using MOVE tools and methods to satisfy internal and external customer.
Ensuring Implementation and Sustainability of all MOVE improvements through MOVE Review process

Your QualificationsMore than 3 years experience in Lean manufacturing and manufacturing areas.Bachelor of mechanical engineering / MBA OperationsExpertise in all Lean methods and tools like-1. Value stream2. TPM3. SMED4. 5S5. Swim lane6. Flow production7. Shop Floor and Office Floor management8. Coaching9. Problem solving10. Process Vision11. Standard Work Practises12. Team leader development13. MOVE train the trainer Program14. Internal and external Logistics15. Lean for Nonproduction areas etc,.
