Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales & Service
Location: Hyderabad (South India Region)

CTC: ₹7–9 LPAQualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical / ElectronicsExperience: Minimum 5 years in Sales (preferably in the Flexible Packaging Industry)Key Responsibilities:Generate new enquiries and acquire customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and visits.Retain existing customers while expanding the customer base.Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions.Negotiate sales terms and contracts effectively.Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and enhance strategies.Achieve assigned annual sales targets and report on sales forecasts/performance.Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales activities, and competitor updates in CRM.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Submit regular reports (planner, SRM, customer updates, and market reports) on time.Handle any additional tasks assigned by the reporting officer.Key Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Networking and business development expertise.Knowledge of electronics, electrical, and mechanical basics.Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.Team handling experience.Willingness to travel extensively across South India.Industry Preference: Flexible Packaging / Related Industries
