Job Description : v Infrastructuremanagement - Collecting the documents from RAM's of various regions for the branch expansion.Coordinating with the team for Lease registration, Setting up the branches/offices as per Muthoot standards, Re modelling , Renovation of branches which includes following up with vendors for fixing of AC, DG, Signage board, Carpentry work, electrical work, Falseceiling Civil work etc . v Handling Facility Management - Housekeeping,Security, Travelarrangements, Guest house booking. v Handling Vendor management - Vendor Review, Vendor empanelment, Vendor Payment, Coordination with various vendors for followup for assigned work. v General administration- Issuing the purchase orders, Collecting the bills from various vendors, processing the bills, and following up for payments with the accounts team. v Preparingthe weekly/monthly MIS v Preparing PMS data and following up with vendors for the PMS ( PreventivemaintenanceServices ) v Any other admin related work assignedby Senior managementas per requirement
