Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone.Job DescriptionAs Data Platform - AI Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven systems while overseeing the integration with Snowflake data warehousing solutions. You will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, sharp problem-solver, and possesses a deep understanding of AI technologies and ML engineering to build high-performance solutions.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and architecture of AI-driven solutions, including prompt generation strategies and integration with Snowflake data warehouses
  • Have end-end ownership on all aspects of the solution, development and optimization of AI solution design and algorithms, ensuring high-quality outputs and scalability
  • Lead and implement the end-end solution, keeping maintenance of process, automation, and data solutions for data platform and analysis with various tools and libraries
  • Provide technical leadership and solution options from engineering point of view, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and product managers, to define project requirements and deliverables
  • Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive excellence and growth.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches into our technical solutions.
  • Worked in the agile dev life cycle and understands best practices for software development and project management.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:
  • 8+ years of total experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Extensive experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks, such as Agentic AI, MCP, LLMs, ML algorithms, Deep learning understanding
  • Advanced level hands on experience with Py, Snowflake, thorough working experience with AI and GenAI models and libraries
  • Stay abreast and ability to apply the latest developments in Agentic AI and LLM ecosystem with the tools and tech
  • Expertise in SQL programming, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance
  • Proficiency in Snowflake data warehousing solutions, including data design, performance optimization etc
  • Proven experience as a technical lead with a strong track record of leading successful AI and data engineering projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
