Location: MumbaiAboutThe Personal Loan product Lead will be responsible for development of product strategy, design, and implementation of initiatives to help deliver on business objectives.About the RoleThe Personal Loan product lead will be responsible for development of product strategy, design, and implementation of initiatives to help deliver on business objectives.

Proven work experience in designing, promotion of products
Design go to market strategy for new product and ensure system readiness
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsKey Responsibilities

Product and Portfolio management:

o Develop Strategic roadmap for Consumer business and drive delivery on all P&L metrics
o Design new product variants include business case preparation and roll-out to field
o Drive and manage all product performance metrics
o Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the business profitably
o Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on continuously improving Product and processes
o Conducting market research and identify potential products and best practicesDesired QualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:

Graduation and Post-graduation in management from a recognized institute
10 Plus. exp from Banking or NBFC

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
