- Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE)/Business Development Executive (BDE)- Location: [Insert Location or Remote]- Employment Type: Full-Time (Payroll)About Technource:Technource is growing its Business Development team and seeking dynamic Sr. BDEs and BDEs with a proven track record in international IT services sales. If you're passionate about lead generation, sales strategy, and closing deals in web and mobile app development, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.- Handle the entire sales cycle independently (for Sr. BDEs) - from prospecting to deal closure.- Assist in client communication, proposal creation, and deal negotiation (for BDEs), with support from senior team members.- Engage with potential clients through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, social media, directories, and referrals.- Maintain strong follow-ups and manage client expectations throughout the sales process.- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales and IT business development.- Prior experience closing or supporting the closure of web and/or mobile app development projects.Exposure to modern tech stacks such as:- Laravel, Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, etc.- (Note: Candidates with a primary focus on WordPress, Shopify, Magento, .NET, or Java will not be preferred.)- Familiarity with multiple industry domains: eCommerce, Real Estate, EdTech, Fitness, Fintech, ERP, etc.- Strong understanding of engagement models: Dedicated Hiring, Fixed-Cost Projects, etc.- Proficient in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms.- Excellent communication skills in English, along with strong capabilities in client coordination, proposal writing, and professional follow-ups.- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced IT environment.Preferred Qualities:- High energy and ownership mindset.- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.- A desire to learn and grow within the IT services industry.Job Category:- Sales & Business Development- Web & Mobile Application SalesMust-Have Skills:- Skill Experience Proficiency- Sales 1+ Year Intermediate- Lead Generation 1+ Year Advanced- International Sales 1+ Year Intermediate- Sales Navigator 1+ Year Intermediate- Business Development 1+ Year Intermediate (ref:updazz.com)
