- Design and implement new ServiceNow functionality by:
- Reviewing request for development and determining the technical design.
- Developing scripts / code to meet business requirements of the request.
- Performing the initial testing and releasing code for UAT
- Provide maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Applies software engineering methods and techniques to the design, development, integration, qualification and/or support of products and tools within one or more limited but developing areas of expertise. Works independently or cooperatively as a member of a team under the direction of the project team leader or manager.
- Experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules 3rd party integrations and building custom applications
- Strong technical knowledge of all ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR, ITBM, PPM, PA, SecOps, GRC
- Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, Angular JS, XML and and web services
- Very good verbal and written English communication skills
- Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills
- Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications, such as materials management, financial management, HRIS, mobile apps or desktop applications products.
- Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications.
- Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
- Applies software engineering methods and techniques to the design, development, integration, qualification and/or support of the products and tools within one or more limited but developing areas of expertise.
- Works independently or cooperatively as a member of a team under the direction of the project team leader or manager.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science and a minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience.
- Specific technical skill requirements include proficiency in demonstrating/performing one or more skills in each technical skill group.
- Experience with scripting, service catalog, CMDB, and integration with other external modules
- Experience with ServicePortal and Automations across the ServiceNow platform
- Expertise in ServiceNow implementation with Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and PaaS model with relevance to ServiceNow integration solutions .
- Solid team player with a "can do" attitude
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Ability to contribute to and lead projects following Agile methodology
- Thorough understanding of ServiceNow platform with ability to design solutions as required by clients.
- Ability to continually learn and obtain certifications for new ServiceNow applications and functionality.
- In-depth experience with ServiceNow ITSM applications for Request, Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service, Configuration, Asset Management.
- Strong Experience of flow designer, Integration Hub.
