Foundry Manager

• Oversee the daily operations and production activities of the foundry
• Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and company standards
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet customer requirements
• Develop and optimize production processes to achieve operational efficiency
• Monitor and forecast organizational risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate them
• Manage commercial risks and identify opportunities for financial performance optimization
• Lead and mentor a team of foundry technicians and operators
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and alignment of goals
• Maintain a safe working environment and promote a culture of safety

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in foundry management, with a minimum of 7 to 10 years in a senior role
• Strong knowledge and expertise in pattern making, methoding, and moulding
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and environmental legislation
• Ability to forecast organizational risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation
• Demonstrated ability to optimize financial performance and manage commercial risks
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
