Work Hours: Flexible (Willingness to work in Night Shift is a must)What will your day look like?As an Process Specialist, you will:
- Tight monitoring of all the workflows across supported regions to be performed daily and check if all requests are completed on a timely and accurate manner.
- Regular monitoring of the Email box and ensure the requests are completed as per SLA/prioritization of urgent requests. Also need to ensure proper handover between the shifts with business justification for non-urgent requests.
- Ensure ETA is negotiated as per the standard SLA for all bulk projects and the same is completed by the team without any SLA breach.
- Responsible for validating the changes in Nostro SSI details via Callback
- Responsible for validating Vostro SSI details and update the same in the downstream systems
- Responsible for validating and update confirmation instruction to the internal systems.
- Demonstrate quick and responsive approach for all the escalations and ensure to follow the hierarchy and keep Line manager and relevant management in loop in all the email communication
- Validate the SSI instructions against the call back form and ensure all fields are populated correctly as per the standard protocol and archived in the shared drive for future reference purpose.
- Ensure cordial relationship is maintained with all business stakeholders and engage them at regular intervals and understand the business needs and deliver post review. Attend all business-related calls and see through meeting end to end business requirement and also participate in change related calls.
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on Markets product lifecycles. Prior exposure to quality assurance processes is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial operations, with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end workflows.
- Deep knowledge of Markets products and their full lifecycle, from onboarding to maturity.
- Strong grasp of Risk & Control principles and Quality Frameworks. Accountable for delivering outcomes in a complex, regulated, and audit-sensitive operational domain.
- Highly collaborative and self-driven professional with a commitment to team success. Brings a solution-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to knowledge sharing, process improvement, and quality adherence. Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates long-term commitment and reliability.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent computer literacy.
