Parchaa is looking for a senior software engineer to join our team and help us build innovative and reliable software solutions for the healthcare industry. As a Senior Software Engineer at Parchaa, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining innovative solutions for managing patient health records securely. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a passion for healthcare technology, and the ability to collaborate across various departments within the company. Job qualifications: 5+ years of experience in professional software development A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as NestJs, NodeJs, Java or python. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA). Experience with database systems, especially in handling sensitive healthcare data. (FHIR format data) Experience developing, deploying and supporting on-prem software solutions. Job responsibilities: Software Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust and scalable software solutions for managing patient health records. Utilize your expertise in programming languages (e.g., NestJS, Java, Python, C++) to create efficient and maintainable code. System Architecture: Contribute to the design and evolution of the overall system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features seamlessly into existing systems. Data Security and Privacy: Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of patient health records. Stay abreast of industry best practices and compliance standards related to healthcare data security. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other software engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Agile Development: Embrace and contribute to an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Iteratively improve software based on feedback and changing requirements. Quality Assurance: Implement and advocate for best practices in code testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring that knowledge is effectively transferred and shared within the team.
