Ensuring compliance to specified steel quality level as outlined in the Corporate Standards through periodic steel source audits.Ensuring metallurgical process checks for an effective heat treatment process control as specified in the Corporate Standard.Ensuring finished product physical / metallurgical characteristic as defined in the Corporate Inspection Standard requirement.Extending metallurgical support for Vendor Quality Advancement.Ensuring control of process fluids during grinding & honing operation.Bearing failure analysis and implementation of appropriate CAPA.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
