- Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
- Drive implementation, upgrades, and integrations across:
- Oracle ERP
- Oracle Cloud
- Oracle Financials
- Oracle SCM
- Collaborate with architects, functional teams, and developers
- Ensure scalable, compliant, and high-quality solutions
- Act as a key interface between business, IT, and finance stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and financials
- Engage senior leadership with clear and structured communication
- Manage large-scale project budgets
- Track costs, forecast spending, and control financial performance
- Partner with finance teams on:
- ROI analysis
- Investment justification
- Financial reporting
- Understand and align with regulatory frameworks such as:
- GxP
- Validation processes
- Data integrity standards
- Ensure project deliverables meet compliance and quality requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams including:

- 15+ years of IT experience with strong project management background
- 8+ years of proven experience managing Oracle-based enterprise programs
- 5+ years of experience delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial management
- Budgeting and cost governance
- Experience working with global teams and vendors
- Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud applications
- Knowledge of regulated environments and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with delivery methodologies:
- Agile
- Waterfall
- Hybrid
- Certifications:
- PMP
- PRINCE2 (or equivalent)
