In-depth experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules are mandatory.4. Prior experience in handling incidents and service requests for ServiceNow related queries will be considered an additional advantage.5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.6. Proven ability to manage and lead a team is preferred, with experience in supervising or mentoring team members viewed favorably.
