*Salary Package and Benefits:-*
Fixed Pay 2,36,802+ Average Incentives
(Rs 64,000) = Rs. 3,00,802
*Mandatory Eligibility Criteria* : -
- Min graduate in any stream with a minimum percentage of 50%.
- Should have valid DL and Two-wheeler
- Should be staying within 10km radius of the allocated Branch
- Should have PAN card, Adhaar Card
- The required Age as on 01 July 2023 is between 21-28 yrs
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both english and the local language
- Ready to travel locally for meeting customers during sales calls.
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skill, Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines & work successfully as a part of a team.
*Job Description -*
- Selling of bank's and third party products to new customers.
- Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross selling of more
products.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis.
- Daily entry of interaction with customers in bank's CRM system.
- Follow all compliance guidelines Experience 0 - 6 Years
Salary 2 Lac 25 Thousand To 4 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
