- Business development and execution for Auto OEM & CV & Industrial Segment
- Relationship management with OEMs and large Key Accounts to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Collaborative approach in commercial and service activities and work with supply chain, R&D, QC , logistics & Technical service manager.
- Drive OEM sales and business development in Auto segment, CV, Industries etc
- Collection
- Sales to Auto OEM applicators & CV/ industrial customers as per AkzoNobel norms.
- Work closely with cross functional team to ensure adequate support.
- Deliver AOP revenue in the specified area.
- New projects follow up and approvals based on OEM Colour audits.
- Drive CRM process.
- Coordinate with parent OEM country team for getting timely support in India.
- Represent Akzo in OEM discussions/ Applicator level.
- Connect with Tier 1 / Tier 2
- lesioning with R&D on new development
- Work with TS team for service and delighted customers.
- Proper Demand Planning
- Drive Auto OEM / CV & Industries sales through Applicators
- Drive budget delivery within approved business agreed margins.
- Ensure customer line and process audits and adherence of OEM MS specifications I applicator lines.
- Any other decisions as delegated by Line Manager verbally or in writing
- Credit limits and Payment Efficiency of customers
- Demand and Forecast management - internal and external.
- Team Management
- Minimum 08 Years experience in B2B industry .
- Experience in Team management in sales KPIs will be added advantage.
- CRM Exposure
- Degree or Diploma in Paint Technology OR Degree in Chemical Engineering OR MSC Chemistry.
- MBA is added advantage.
