Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Travel Operations located in Kottayam. The Manager - Travel Operations will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with travel management, including making travel arrangements for customers, providing customer service, sales and communication. He/she has excellent multitasking abilities and is service-oriented. When it comes to handling vendor management concerns and customer feedback, he/she directs the operations teams. He/She is able to think clearly in emergencies and ensures smooth tour operations in accordance with schedules. Responsibilities Travel Management Customer Service Sales and Promotion Communication and Interpersonal Skills Vendor Management Operational Direction Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel and Tourism, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in travel management and making travel arrangements. Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Sales skills with the ability to effectively promote the company's services. Excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to think clearly in emergencies. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. 5-10 years of experience in tour operations, with a focus on outbound tours. Proven track record of successful tour planning and execution.
