We are committed to delivering transformative learning experiences that drive innovation and operational excellence.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly qualified Oracle Certified Instructor (OCI) to deliver official Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) training to technical professionals across industries. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in OCI, a passion for teaching, and the ability to translate complex cloud concepts into engaging, hands-on learning experiences.Key Responsibilities

Deliver Oracle University-approved OCI training courses to diverse audiences.

Facilitate live virtual and in-person sessions, including labs and real-world simulations.

Guide learners through OCI certification paths such as Foundations Associate, Architect Associate, and Architect Professional.

Customize training content to meet client-specific goals and industry use cases.

Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates, certification changes, and instructional best practices.

Collaborate with curriculum developers to improve courseware and lab environments.

Evaluate learner progress and provide mentorship toward certification success.

Support marketing and sales teams in promoting Oracle training offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Valid Oracle Certified Instructor (OCI) credential.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and Oracle technologies.

Proven experience delivering OCI courses (Foundations, Architect, Security, DevOps).

Strong understanding of OCI architecture, compartments, IAM, networking, and cost management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Ability to adapt delivery to various learning styles and technical levels.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

Additional Oracle certifications (e.g., OCI Security, DevOps, Multicloud Architect).

Experience with Oracle Autonomous Database, Cloud Guard, and Vault services.

Knowledge of hybrid cloud and multicloud strategies.

Experience with performance-based exams and hands-on labs.

Familiarity with Oracle Universitys instructor community and certification renewal process.
