Main purpose of the job and key background information● Create, identify, develop and implement targeted learning materials as per client requirements.
● Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, creating and updating images and layouts using design software, understanding design scopes and determining requirements.
● Following latest design trends and emerging technologies, authoring and updating Web-based training(WBTs), formatting and branding instructor-led training(ILTs)/ Virtual instructor-led training(VILTs).
● Performing client communication, SME interaction.Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.
● Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.Requirements● Bachelor’s degree or and above/relevant degree or certification.
● 2–4 years’ industry experience in graphic design and eLearn authoring tools.
● Good verbal and written communication skills (good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport).
● A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics, a keen eye for aesthetics and details.Priority skills:

Preferred skills:
