To know more about us, visit www.nexdigm.com Below are the positions for which you can apply: Transfer Pricing Years of experience: 0 to 2 years Location: Mumbai Role: Executive Job Profile: Handling Transfer Pricing assignments which includes: Formulating transfer pricing policy/planning study/advisory assignments that includes conducting functional analysis along with benchmarking analysis by using electronic database and publicly available information. Assisting clients is preparing TP documentation and Master File as per Indian TP Regulations Conducting transfer pricing audits for issuance of Form 3CEB. Assistance is preparing submissions, research for case laws in relation to TP assessments. Assistance in writing newsletter/article/alert in relation to latest development in the field of transfer pricing. Undertaking benchmarking analysis on global database in relation to financial transactions, royalty payments, management fees etc. Indirect Tax Years of experience: 0 to 4 years Role: Executive, Senior Executive Location: Mumbai Job Profile: Handling GST advisory and upcoming compliances with/without help of ASPs and GSPs. Handling routine compliances and advisory work under Service Tax, Excise and VAT which includes: Computation and Making payment of above taxes on timely basis Review of workings prepared by client Applying for registrations, amendments, etc Filing returns Drafting reply to routine indirect tax queries VAT Audits and Departmental audits Assessments and appeals Regular updating technical knowledge. Updated on GST rules, GST Act, GSTN procedures. Statutory Audit Years of experience: 0 to 4 years Role: Executive, Senior Executive Location: Mumbai Job Profile: Expert knowledge of business processes, accounting, reporting and audit methodology Expert knowledge and application of accounting standards and SAs under Indian GAAP Awareness of reporting under IFRS and other GAAPs as may be required for the group reporting for various entities. Awareness of direct and indirect taxes and corporate laws Excellent team management and client handling experience Strong analytical skills Handling of team Training and research Being a SPOC for the client Good technical knowledge needed for execution of assignment Learn and use of firm methodology Communicate with clients and their overseas counterparts wherever required Co-ordination with SKP cross service teams (IDT, Tax, C Law, TP, etc.) for assignments Ownership of clients like CSS, billing, recovery, etc. Working knowledge about internal audits Flexible to work on non standard assurance engagements Travel across all locations Exposure to ERP environment (Tally, SAP, JDE, etc.) Execution of statutory audit assignments independently Business Valuation Years of experience: 1 to 2 years (post qualification) Location: Mumbai Role: Executive, Senior Executive Job Profile: Accounting Good knowledge of accounting and reading financial statements Financial Modeling Well experienced in working with Microsoft excel and building business valuation models. VBA/Marcos knowledge preferred. The candidate shall be assisting the Transaction Advisory team on the following Financial advisory and Valuation assignments: Corporate transactions like Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc. On various regulatory matters which include FEMA, Transfer pricing etc. Financial modelling for infrastructure projects.
