1. Must have at least 3 years of Incident Management/Major Incident Management experience.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field or equal experience
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Visio
4. Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
5. Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative teams
6. Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and Waterfall or Agile Development Methodologies
7. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
8. Must have ITIL v3 certification.Good-to-Have
Previous experience in the health care industry
Experience with the Consumer domain
ITIL V4 certification.
