- Manage a Team of Sales Managers / RMs / SOs & Sales Backend across mapped geographies in the assigned zone to drive sales, cost, product mix targets to build a critical mass of credit card customers
- Implementation of the distribution plan across geographies, creating & leading a team of Managers & sales resources across Regional / State / City levels spread across geographies, and managing multiple channels of acquisition to reach an optimal distribution foot-print.
- Establishing the distribution & channel Infrastructure - Identification and enrolment of channel partners across the Retail, Online & Fintech based customer acquisition platforms, Identification & enrolment of 3rd party payroll & infra service providers for creating a robust S&D Infrastructure
- Own & drive basic quality parameters to drive approval rates / FTR / TAT / processes
- Drive the Regulatory & Legal Compliance framework implementation and create a culture of fairness and correctness across all customer touch points, and across business team members.
- Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders ( Product / Credit / Policy / IT / Ops. ) to develop implementation plans through all customer acquisition channels
- Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers
- Recommend process changes in order to improve sales efficiency and quality across customer acquisition points / channels.
