The HRBP will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business goals for the organization. This position focuses on supporting the workforce and leadership through efficient HR practices and strategic guidance.Strategic HR Partnership
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Foster a positive work environment across all employee segments.
  • Address grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure fair resolution of conflicts.
  • Design and implement engagement programs tailored to both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Compliance & Policy Management
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain and update HR policies to reflect evolving workforce needs.
Performance Management
  • Lead the performance review process, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Coach managers on feedback and development conversations.
Learning & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs for both workforce segments.
  • Promote career growth and internal mobility.
HR Operations
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS data accuracy.
  • Partner with payroll and admin teams to ensure smooth operations.
