This is a full-time position with job responsibilities located in Cochin, Thrissur, Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, and Kozhikode. We seek an individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field.Qualifications and Skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn for sourcing potential candidates and building professional networks.
  • Capable of efficiently sourcing resumes using various methods and jpb portals and other related platforms.
  • Able to coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and employers.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing administrative documentation related to recruitment processes.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Have a good understanding of recruitment trends and methodologies in the human resource services sector.
  • Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing recruitment challenges promptly.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify recruitment needs based on client specifications across various industries.
  • Source, screen, and select potential candidates for technical and hospitality roles.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms and ensure timely updates and visibility.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, ensuring clear communication.
  • Facilitate candidate assessments and maintain feedback loops with hiring teams.
  • Assist in negotiation of employment offers and coordinate onboarding processes.
  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future reference and ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and enhance recruitment processes as required.
