Job Description –
  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
  • Responsibilities: ➢Mapping the organization. Generating new business. ➢Responsible for closing the orders. ➢Maintains and expands customer base by counselling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. ➢Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts. ➢Create monthly, quarterly sales and service plans on the assigned accounts. ➢Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
  • Candidate requirements: ➢Should have very good communication skills and Pleasant Personality. ➢Should be a strong Salesperson with Go Getter Attitude. ➢Quick Learner & good understanding. ➢Sound knowledge of the IT Industry. ➢Should have good negotiation Skills.
