Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in IT project coordination or infrastructure support, who is eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will assist in managing project schedules, documentation, communication, and coordination across technical teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project managers in planning and executing infrastructure projects (e.g., network upgrades, server deployments, cloud migrations)
  • Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and status reports
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items
  • Track project tasks, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools
  • Assist in procurement and logistics for hardware/software components
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely task completion
  • Monitor risks and issues, escalating them to the project manager as needed
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, standards, and change management processes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT project coordination or infrastructure support
  • Familiarity with infrastructure components (e.g., servers, networking, cloud platforms)
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, MS Project, JIRA, or ServiceNow
  • ITIL Foundation or CAPM certification (preferred but not required)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT infrastructure domain
