- Perform end-to-end testing in the Telecom OSS/BSS domain, including B2B/B2C fixed and mobile services.
- Conduct Salesforce/CRM application testing with focus on product configuration, quote management, order placement, order management, case management, and account/contact management.
- Execute integration testing and API testing for seamless system functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze functional and technical documentation and derive detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Track and manage defects, create dashboards, and maintain defect lifecycle documentation.
- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure iterative and efficient testing cycles.
- Lead QA initiatives by mentoring team members and fostering a culture of quality.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality goals.
- Strong background in Telecom OSS/BSS testing.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM and billing concepts.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce QA and web application testing.
- Proficiency in integration testing, API testing, and defect tracking.
- Skilled in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and quality standards effectively.
