The ideal candidate will be responsible for new product launches, establishing and managing distributor networks, and driving sales performance in the assigned region.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the launch of new products and establish an effective distributor network.- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and potential clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.- Provide ongoing support to clients, including product information, sales solutions, and aftersales service.- Monitor competitor activity and market developments to recommend new product opportunities and improvements.- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.- Ensure high standards of service and compliance with organizational policies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional activities and campaigns.- Willingness to travel extensively, especially during new product launches or territory expansions.Required Skills and Experience:- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.- Prior experience in launching and selling tetra pack products is essential.- Strong network of distributors and retailers in the assigned region.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in sales planning, data analysis, and reporting.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
